Unique Gifts & Interiors are a small local independent retail chain consisting of five individual showrooms spread across West Norfolk, each offering a unique array of home fashion accessories, furnishings and interior design. Our knowledgeable and experienced team of designers are always on hand to offer help and advice on any aspect of your requirements, from a gift purchase to a house renovation.
All Unique showrooms have their own design identity, inspired by location, furniture collections and home fashion accessories displayed. By constantly reviewing our collections, sourcing new products, and applying cutting edge design techniques, our extensive product catalogue is constantly evolving and truly unique. Unique sources product worldwide and supports local small businesses producing handmade products such as jewellery and greetings cards.

Anyone who has never visited the Unique Gifts & Interiors showroom @ Tottenhill is truly missing out on a unique shopping experience. You will be amazed by the extensive selection of products available. Our flagship showroom offers everything from traditional furniture collections to contemporary living and boasts the largest selection of reproduction French furniture in the South East. Our children’s bedroom display area is renowned both near and far and is every little girls dream bedroom.
Unique Design Studio @ Tottenhill
Incorporating 'Unique Curtains and Blinds' which offers a bespoke handmade-to-measure service, you are invited to join interior designers in their design studio, and offered a helping hand and advice while you browse through an extensive library of fabrics and wall coverings. With prices to suit all budgets, and fabric collections such as Nina Campbell, Osbourne & Little, Designers Guild and Sanderson available, amongst many others, the interior design team will hold your hand every step of the way. This service can then extend into home furnishings, furniture and accessories, with on-site visits by a member of Unique's team who collectively have over 30 years of interior design experience.
Unique @ Castle Rising Barn
Set in the heart of this picturesque village, this Unique Gifts & Interiors showroom is housed in a 15th Century barn which is stocked full to the exposed rafters with high quality, luxurious furnishings for your home and garden. The charm and ambience of this exquisite building demanded a natural design progression towards displaying our Unique extensive lighting collections including chandeliers lighting up the exposed beams and rafters. With beautifully hand finished painted furniture collections displayed alongside American furniture pieces, this busy showroom encompasses everything truly Unique. This showroom also incorporates Unique Hats.
Unique Hats @ Castle Rising Barn
Unique Hats holds one of the largest collections of hats, fascinators and costume jewellery in colours for both the current and following seasons styles and colour trends. Along side this we also offer a Unique personal service to create your dream hat for any occasion by our very own in-house designer and milliner.
After your exhausting retail therapy session at anyone of our Unique showrooms, it is the ideal time to recoup with a relaxing visit to the Unique Castle Rising Tea Rooms Gardens.
Unique Tea Rooms Gardens @ Castle Rising
This beautiful old building has now been lovingly restored, exposing beams, ovens and lots of other original features. Over the years it has had many uses. From bakery to Post Office and now a Tea Room with cottage gardens, ideal for lazy lunches and cream teas. Our tearooms are open all day everyday from 8am to 6pm and offer a full homemade menu, details of which are shown on our website. In addition, we have a daily homemade specials board, and we are fully licensed too!
The furniture, furnishings and accessories in the tea rooms are just some of the examples of our vast range of designs available and can be purchased from our showrooms. The curtains and cushions were designed and hand made in our interior design studio and are an example of just one of many styles and fabrics available. Our paint finishes are from a fabulous selection of Farrow and Ball colours available to order.
Unique @ Norfolk Lavender, Heacham
Our latest showroom, set in the magnificent grounds and tourist destination of Norfolk Lavender Fields at Heacham, is home to our largest collection of Sia home fashion accessories and latest furniture collections. Offering a contemporary coastal feel throughout, in keeping with it's surroundings, this imaginatively stocked showroom offers an extensive collection of 'unique' gift ideas alongside designer furnishings suitable for any home. Opening hours may vary from those shown on our website depending upon season.
Unique @ Old Hunstanton
The smallest, but most perfectly formed of the Unique showrooms, overlooks the green in the centre of this historic seaside town. Stocked to bulging point with gifts and home accessories, alongside pieces of french furniture and soft furnishings, you can't fail to find that perfect something!! Offering a selection of 'Lush' toiletry products and seaside themed items, a visit to our 'Hunny' pot shop shouldn't be missed.
Unique Weddings
The Unique wedding list service is proving an extremely popular addition to our repertoire of services. Lists are built with the bride (and groom if interested!) and can either include furniture, accessories or soft furnishings, or even gift vouchers to be put towards the ideal present. Gift vouchers can be used against any Unique product or service including bespoke curtains or a visit to our popular tea rooms.
